Wink Architectural yards.

These yards have always fascinated me and I do love a good old rummage, you just never know what you will find.

I think now after the slump they have had these yards must be picking up again, because with all these moves to listed properties this kind of thing will be much sought after again.

Softies friend has just bought an old church pew and Softie has been searching for a hymn board for ages.

It's the hunt that makes it exciting! X

Love 'em, sheddie! In fact I love any 'junk' places. not that I buy much, haven't got the space, but I love to see old stuff. We like to visit the ones in France too, their junk is even more interesting, but often pricy.

You might love the place we've been in on Friday Sheds - vintage clothes, shoes, hats, handbags, tins of every shape and size and colour, lovely wall plates, vintage kitchen stuff, Cornish Ware - I wish I could buy some, but they're quite expensive - books, even an old theatre with place for about 15 people - delightful. xx

I love them and visited quite often when we had a victorian house but now in a modern bungalow we don't have room for antiques.

These yards are so exciting to me and I still get asked for Victorian fireplaces and doors. X

We had several different chimney pots around in our garden but today have made a feature of them and put them all in one place. I do love my pots and their history, I have 2 off of an old railway station. X

Makes you feel like you've got a new garden, moving stuff, doesn't it?
