I've watched this program this morning for the first time and I'm totally crazy about it! I think it's a wonderful way of helping people to decorate their homes, taking them for craft classes, or antique road shows, potteries, whatever the case may be and help them make things for their home. I just love it! X

I sort of enjoyed the series, some of the things they made would have been almost impossible for ordinary people, but the Christmas things were great.

I enjoyed it too Crocus. She gets up to some interesting things. It inspires me to have a go.

I adore Kirsty - always was a total Location etc addict, but it also amuses me to see her being "too posh to buy" - when I was a child, the home made option was usually because you couldn't afford the "shop" version!! I sneakily wonder how much is true don't you?

I also grew up with that concept Kate, that home made was the option. There's a big come back to handmade stuff and home crafts here as well(for quite a number of years really) and I think this series Kirstie's doing will only emphasize the value of it all. x

I googled Kirstie's Homemade Home (had no idea what you were talking about) and a nice website came up. You can watch a lot of little videos (haven't had a lot of time to investigate, yet)

Hi BW, yes I googled it as well after I've watched the program - it's interesting isn't? I can't wait for the next program. She's got a very relaxed way of presenting and draws one totally in (well, me anyway) to what she's doing. I think it's a very creative concept actually.
