I looked in FAQs but I can't see how to add an icon photo to my postings. Is it possible?

Absolutely

Basically you need to go to:My Control Panel > Left hand menu "Settings & Options" > Edit Avatar.

Originally 'My Control Panel' was called UserCP, but I changed it. Sorry, I've got to update the FAQ to try and make it more clear.
