I can't believe it! I have just come into the sitting room to find that Grace has "mistaken" a new ball (and the last white one) of "Cashmerino" with which I am making a blue and white striped hoodie for little fella, for her toy teddy and has had a wonderful time with it - knocking seven bells out of it. Now I have to try to untangle it so that I can knit the hood. Oh joy.

Oh no, sg! Obviously thinks you have nothing else to do.
With two cats and a dog in the house I have taken to hang my knitting basket from the ceiling. Little cat even opens cardboard box in order to get hold of wool and is quite militant defending his "ball of prey" :o)

At least the hoodie will have an extra helping of love knitted into it, SG, since Grace obviously had an enjoyable time 'wearing it in' first.

That is lovely yarn SG but bit of an expensive plaything! I am knitting teddy a jumper and it is sooooo fiddly and I think teddy is toooooo fat, now the puss is blind he does not bother with wool but used to love nothing more than making a birds nest with it.

I have managed to roll up 5 small balls but it is for the hood which has the longest rows of the whole garment and I don't want joins so I am going to bite the bullet and buy another ball (:( ) might use up the scraps to knit a soft toy? - Question is - for littlest fella or for Gracie?

For Gracie, SG, since she made such good use of it. However, she may not appreciate the knitted and finished look.
