My family are planning a short trip to France & Italy sometime in the first half of next year. We are hoping to spend about two weeks in each country. Does anybody have any great sightseeing/accommodation tips they would be prepared to share with me? We will be travelling with two children (a toddler & a teenager), and have generally stayed in bed & breakfast style establishments. We intend to hire a car in both locations, and try and balance out historic/foodie spots with some kid friendly adventures. Any suggestions will be greatfully received!
