Fingers and thumbs

Oof! I'm having a day today where I am all fingers and thumbs with my silver work. Everything that I have tried today seems to have come out just that little bit wrong... I don't know whether I have made a genuine mess of things, or if it is just my perception of it. When I have had other days like this sometimes when I go back to it the next day it doesn't look anywhere near as bad as I thought. So I am hoping that tomorrow will be one of those days too. Do you ever have days where nothing that you make turns out right?

Oh dear, yes Jazz, I also get those days and then eventually I just give it up, and stat again the next day. I don't think you've made a mess of things Jazz, it's probably just your perception - tomorrow your work will look different, I'm sure.

I wonder why one has these days - I suppose one's concentration and mind is just not 'there'. x
