Hi all! I read some interesting complaints in the weekend paper, and it transpires that a lot of people are experiencing interruptions to their Virgin media digital TV packages because they have Phillips eco-bulbs in lamps near their TV. This is apparently an ongoing problem that has caused a storm of complaints, with both companies blaming each other. We don't have Virgin media TV, but do have their broadband and sometimes it seems to go really slow, and our TV's digital signal does freeze occasionally. So I took the eco-bulbs out of the lamps and replaced them with ordinary ones, and do you know but the internet does seem to be faster and the TV hasn't frozen again. I don't know if its coincidence or why the problem exists, but if you are having any of these sorts of problems it may be worth a try.
