Had a lovely day out todayat the NEC and come home spent up with 4 lengths of fabric, and lots of ideas. I have been scribbling in a note book all day as they are not keen for you to take photos, especially the students.
I shall be making some jeans two nighties and a jacket with a fabulois piece I find almost as I was leaving.
Hope anyone who goes has a good day.

Why do they have all these shows on the same weekend? I'd have loved to go to that one gen, but I'm going to London tomorrow to the Country Living Fair.

I think it moves up to your neck of the woods later in the year, Fran. Enjoy the Country living Fair

The one they put on in Manchester, Hobbycraft, is very limited in 'stitchcraft', there's mainly loads of card stuff. Hope to get to Harrogate in Nov.

Hobbycraft was on today but I am not a card maker, which it mainly caters for, so I kept away. I always have info on the Harrogate show but it is a bit far when we have the NEC here.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Gentian. I am going on Sunday and it is a good idea to take a notebook.

It is lovely Gentian. My trouble is that I get the ideas, buy the stuff then don't get round to making them.
I enjoyed the show but didn't buy much as I am determind to finish some UFO's first.
