My daughter has developed a severe reaction to bleach and has asked if any body knows of a mould cleaner that works without it. She gets mould around her window frames. I have found a recipe using tea tree oil but as she has limited activity time(M.E) it would be easier for her to buy a ready made product.

Vinegar kills fungus infections so think it will work on mould.

I have used lemon juice, cindy, and it seems to work quite well. Cut a lemon in half and rub the halves on the mouldy area. Leave to dry and brush off any dried bits of lemon, or leave them to fall off if your daughter isn't feeling energetic. Lemon works like bleach, but is gentler, and should get rid of the mould each time. Ecover also do an eco-bleach which is kinder to hands. Best of all, though, is to prevent the mould forming in the first place. We did this in a hallway and a bathroom in past houses by moving the radiator / heated towel rail nearer to the mouldy area to keep it warm and prevent condensation, and ensuring that any gaps around the window and door frames are filled. The best filler for this type of thing is flexible bathroom filler, in transparent. Choose one that can be painted over to match the background or window frame.
