I think I'm lucky, I've never suffered from sweats, but I do get very hot, and have a number of ways of getting relief, like using only natural fibre bedding, having layers to cast off, not being tucked in, and I have a 'chillow', a pillow that stays cool for a long time, it seems to help. I remember being on holiday a few years back and sleeping under a bath towel! My friend is woken up by sweat running down her.

I got mine from the Ideal Home show. Try www.soothsoft.com. Not cheap (like £25) but I think it helps me.

A few drops of Basil oil in your bath helps and I have now gone for Egyptian Sheets and it has been so much better. Hope that helps x

Well I mean to sort it and have just ordered a Super King bed to have lots of space to cool down.

Once you've got your own king size bed, make sure that when you cuddle up, it's on his side, then you can slide across to your own cool side before you go to sleep. You could try to explain why, but most men don't seem to understand how body temperature works for women!

I wake up with night sweats, and it's just awful! I sometimes just wet my face with a cold face cloth - it helps a bit.
