Coping with stress

Do you think women cope better with stress than men. I find I seem stronger than my o h although it does depend on what the problem is . If it is anything with my children I do get extra stressed but I think all mums are alike in that respect.All worries seem to be brought to mum first.Do you find this in your family.

morning dinger.we are lucky we talk about our problems.men keep it in and it sometimes comes out as an illness.that happened to my hubby once.

Hi Dinger, I rarely get stressed; even when circumstances suggest I should be, I stay calm. My OH is always stressed though. It is 9pm here and after a warm day we just had the most beautiful storm with lots of rain; we sat out on the verandah with a coffee watching the lightning and seeing the rainwater tumbling down towards the stormdrains. Best part was we had just finished planting out the front garden with David Austin roses so the rain was a bonus. Have a nice day all, am off to bed. Hi all, I am deffinately the most stressed in our household. I think its to do with although my OH has so much to cope with running his own business I deal with everything else whether it be kids, christmas, family, bills etc but maybe thats just part of being a mum as Dinger says.
SummerSkye its sounds lovely where you are, no wonder you rarely get stressed!!!

I'm the stressed one in the house - hubby copes very well with stress, but sometimes he will be a bit down and its more something bothering him, than stress itself. I wouldn't want him to be stressed, as he has high blood pressure! As Dinger mentioned, us mums tend to stress very quickly when it comes to our offspring!

My friend over the hill again doesn't really stress at all. She takes things as it comes, when it comes and faces whatever has to be faced.
