I hope you will enjoy the photos I took today while on our monthly walk. We started in Rowington, Warwickshire and walked the canal tow path before traversing fields to walk near to the National Trust property of Baddesley Clinton, which is a moated manor house with a tiny church. Hope you like them

Oh its lovely Gen! We just love canal boats and the canals, plus I won't ever get enough of photos as I love photography myself. Especially when it's pictures of England. The Manor House is quite lovely eh? And I love doggie dog in it's bed on top of the canal boat - the best place to be it seems! xx

We had a sharp shower and I wondered what he did to shelter, as we saw no-one around, I nearly went back to rescue him.

It looks like you had a lovely walk Gentian judging by your interesting photos. How many of you went on the walk?

We did Df, today we were only 7, illness and holidays cut our numbers, but we can be as many as 18, this number is sometimes a problem when we book the pub lunch, to some this is the most impotant part of the walk.

Pub lunches and canal and of course narrow boats are our favourites too - I remember when we visited the Foxton Locks - MrC was like a little boy. He read quite a lot about it beforehand and couldn't wait to get there. xx

I hate to admit it, but we had another pub lunch today, but it was a carvery and no chips so I don't feel too guilty.
