Bonnie I have just been on the links and down loaded some of the free cross stitch patterns.

I have done crafts since I was a small child and couldn't imagine life without it. I am looking forward to finishing work so I can have more time to do crafts.

There must be something you fancy doing like jewelry making. There are some lovely beads you can buy and easy things to make with them. Or card making where you could make something really individual.

Hi Bonnie, good sites, have saved them.
I have another idea for you, have you ever tried teabag folding on cards, if you look at this site you can print down some lovely papers to use for free
www.teabagfolding.circleofcrafters.com
It will tell you the history of the craft and how to fold them.

Hi Gentian, this is quite interesting - I've never heard of teabag folding before - thanks for introducing this on here. xx

I have never heard of tea bag folding so looked it up as I thought they would be using used teabags not the packaging. It looked interesting as you can do it with any packaging or small pieces of paper.

If you have a printer DF you can print off the papers in different sizes.
This is my first try, I must add that the ink was running out so very pink. I did some with two sizes of paper, the second layer over the gaps of the first.
Give it a try, your friends will love then, one warning, they do stand proud so not good in the post.

I'm glad you found it interesting, I didn't know about the Dutch lady until I found the site.
