Does anyone have any good remedies for cramp .Every night I just get settled down to sleep and get it terrible in my toes or legs .
It could be something to do with lack of potassium (I think bananas are a good source) in your diet I think. My grandmother used to get terrible cramps at night, and I think it was partly to do with some medication that she was taking. Also make sure you're well hydrated, and keep stretching the affected muscle out.

A good way of dealing with cramp is to sit down with the affected leg straight and stretch the toes towrds you. Hold this postion for 8 seconds then release. Repeat a few times until the spasm seems to be lessening, then knead the affected area using firm pressure. Hope this helps

Thanks for your advise will try your remedies
Lack of magnesium is often causing cramps. Also if the blood sugar sinks below average cramps can occur. Magnesium tablest were the answer for my son who suffered from cramps for years.
