Guess What we're doing Saturday?

Dinger and I thought you might like to share in our news about the book Mandys Fairies.Well another 500 copies have been reprinted with two coloured prints of watercolours in the front.I am assisting dinger for general ideas and support.This Saturday we will both be in Waterstones Book Shop doing a launch and signing of the book and we now have numerous retail outlets interested and some have already got the books on their shelves.We both feel you have been really supportive and helped us on this journey.Wish us luck dear friends, we're a bit nervous and we will let you know how we get on. XX

Thanks Eeee a lady who does photography of fairies painted the pictures, it was her first effort, think they are great and there child like quality seems apt. It's certainly hard work this getting a book in print and 'out' there too. XX

What wonderful news Sheds! :) I wish both of you the best and I know that it will work out for the best. Don't be nervous, you are strong ladies with lots to give to other people! I've received Dinger's book this morning and I'm completely thrilled with it! I've posted something on "Fairy magic could be yours" for Dinger as well. Keep us posted will you please? I would love for it to work out as you would like it to!! :)

Thank you all for your kindness .I am very nervous about it but glad Sheddy is going to be there to support me .I have'nt told her yet but I am expecting her to come dressed as a fairy .Wings and all .Do you think she will agree?

Thanks everyone for your support, just knew you would be 'there' for us, a kind of strong backup.I have a pink cloth for the table, a long boa of pink feathers and a small fairy wand that says - oh I forgot, will have to look and tell you later.our local newspaper are sending a photographer and dinger and I will do our best, after all it's really all about mandy and her boys not us.X

Well here it is Thursday and Saturdays booksigning is drawing nearer. Who knows what it will be like.We're both a bit apprehensive.

Only because it's a new experience Sheds. Think of the reason you're doing it! Mandy would'be been so proud of her mum and aunt. We're travelling to the airport on Saturday, but I promise I will keep both of you in my thoughts and when we get back home I will come and read of your exciting and wonderful morning. :rolleyes: I am so so nervous about this but I just keep it in my mind I am doing it for my daughter and that is my main object in life .This book means a lot to me and my family and I know Sheddy is going to be there supporting me as always. It may turn out well but could be a complete flop we will be honest and tell you all about it whatever happens. .Thanks for good wishes to us you are all special friends love Dinger x x x

I don't like having my photo taken and the local newspaper is coming. But we're just going to have to think of the reason we are doing this and our Mum and Dad would have been so proud. I can just imagine Mum smiling, nothing surprised her !:D
