I read this article and immediately thought of you guys and gals. (In the sense that I'm sure a good few of you will enjoy it.) I'd love to hear if anyone's tried this particular method of cleaning. Personally I think it sounds like a great idea.

Hi Rebpax, I've tried the link quite a few times, but "Bad Gateway" is the only words I get on my screen. It sounds "spidery" to me.

ok, well if you're really really interested you can enter : the tarrantula burrow "good housekeeping try a slug" into the search engine. that should get you straight there.
or it should work if you put this in the whatsit bar:

I would rather have the mould, I couldn't live with slugs inside the house.

Yes I think I need a few too, might give it a go. I liked the idea of having geckos and skinks in the house. They're so cute. The spiders may be a bit much for me though, walking through web isn't my favorite thing.

Hi Sunflower, actually it's more a cameleon I'm thinking of - they love to have flies and insects for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They will just sit quitely somewhere, slowly moving forwards and can do no harm actually. Husband actually goes goospumps all over at the sight of them! He's not scared as such, I think it's just the feel of them which causes him to get goospumps.
We had a gecko once, or actually more one of the boys had one. It also got fed flies and use to sit on son's shoulder or even under his jumper or whatever, all happy and content. xx
