I have just started reading an autobiogrophy by Kathleen Dayus it is telling the story of growing up working class in Birmingham. I am enjoying every single page and find it hard to put down . If you enjoy reading about how people lived struggled and managed years ago under the most awful conditions you will love this book.

I have finished reading this book and have to say it has been one of the best I have ever read . So good did'nt want it to end held me on every page from start to finish . A really good read .x

sounds a good book dinger.i have a few books like that and i do enjoy reading them.my trouble i keep buying them and stacking them up in a ready to read pile......this winter hoping to do more reading.

I have just read another of this lady's books and loved every page .A book hard to put down about true life.

dinger i havnt seen her books in charity shops yet..........kathleen dayus........i am imprinting her name in my brain.i mean to look in charity shops for one of her books.

I will have to send you one Ell when my daughter has read them I know you will love reading them. I searched high and low but my family between them found on Amazon and got for me.
