Hi everyone, just to let you all know that I am back from Spain.
I had a very relaxing time, not doing a great deal. Reading a lot a bit of swimming before my cold and cough came out...oh and a heavy period... the weather was reasonable but we did get a few rain showers, which is the first time since I have been going in October for a while, but it was still lovely and warm and there were a couple of days of being quite hot. We went to Lake Venualar and had a lovely picinic, although a little windy but still sunny and then another day we went up into the mountains and to a very good restaurant and had their speciality free range chicken. Once you would have a whole chicken to yourself but now they do one chicken for two people. It was a shame though as that was the day it rained and we could not get the best of the views and we had to sit inside, never mind the chicken was wonderful... We got back yesterday afternoon and I then went to collect Jack from my daughters and she very kindly cooked a lovely roast beef for us, which was most enjoyable.
So today it has been back to normal, got up early and walked Jack, although I love to travel but I do love coming home and it makes me appreciate what I have around me. It was so lovely this morning the light was just coming through about 6.15 and there was a lovely mist over the fields and I just thanked God for letting me live where I do. I am so lucky. Then back for morning clients. My afternoon client forgot her appointment so I took Jack out for an early afternoon walk and popped in to see a friend.
So what have I missed...any good gossip? LOL X :)
