susiedart you can go to the Quick Links at the top, and then select Private Messages from the drop down menu. From there you just put in Oola. But to make it easier I'll email you directly so you have my email address :)

Oh er, Am I seeing imaginary gingerbread men? Must be thinking about Christmas!. No, there's one under Healing Hands number of posts - left hand side. (Please don't tell me I'm dreaming lol).

Oh I see! That's just an icon to show that that particular member has some sort of instant messaging enabled. Basically if you use yahoo, msn or ICQ instant messaging you can put in your details in your profile and enable users to instant message you.
