The Crocus. The first time we visited the UK was in March, and there were all these flowers in the fields, alongside the roads, and hubby had to stop because I wanted to see what it was. I asked someone about it and she explained that it was the Crocus flower! It will always have a special memory for me. Then daffodils. On a wedding anniversary hubby bought me a big bunch of daffodils, and gave it to me in the little church we always go to in the UK. Very special as well, for obvious reasons. My sisters's name is Rosa, so yes, roses have a different meaning as well. I have white Iceberg Roses in my front garden. Alongside the garden path between gate and front door. The started to flower now after the winter. Beautiful. My wedding bouquet was miniture roses in a posy.

Oh you naughty girl you!

My mum used to think that 'pinching' a sprig from a flower, a bush or tree anywhere, is not all that wrong, because it's nature and was given to all of us to enjoy! :)
