Morning Everyone, hope the weather not too bad for you all. Well where Jo lives was flooded badly yesterday, so was unsure if she would get here today!
But she has texted me to say "I'm on my way".:D So I texted her and said as I always do "Remember you're carrying a precious load".:)

So hopefully we will get to eat our low fat roast. If you would like pointers on this after leave your names then I will post the dinner on here. X:D

Hi sheddie, hope jo has a safe journey. Roast beef, roast potatoes, yorkies, onion rings, swede, peas, cabbage, for dinner today. but i'm still managing to loose those pounds.

Hi Bonnie it's all about the way it's cooked and it will be lovely to have it cooked for us.I bought a free range chicken from John the butcher from his van that visits the villagers and the lovely fresh veg not grown more than 5 miles away from us which we buy once again in a village with a blackboard out the front.I feel this is not only better but helps local producers. We never buy fresh veg and fruit from a supermarket either, even though it's cheeper. we always go to a greengrocers in Stopsley. more dearer but much better quality. he's a lovely man who's told us the local grocers are really struggling what with supermarkets being a lot cheeper.
