The Remoska is like a cooking pot which has a heating element in the lid. You can cook anything in it that you normally cook in an oven, but because it is so small, it doesn't use as much power.
We were given a second-hand one to try. Up to now it has been very good, we've done veg with fish, toad-in-the-hole, roast potatoes, ratatouille. There's no heating up, you put the food in and switch it on. Haven't tried a cake yet, am intrigued how you can cook a victoria sandwich in the same temp as yorkshire pudding.
