Does anyone have a recipe for Marmalade Cake please, preferably one in a loaf tin. Thanks very much.

Looking forward to trying it.
When my mum made pies she would let us make marmalade tarts with the leftover pastry.
Might try it again as a grownup. Lovely with custard I remember.

Don't worry HH, have actually been working outside, all day, but if it rains, wanted to make my children a cake each. Also have ingredients for Rhubarb and Orange Chutney, so will be busy whatever the weather.
