Has anybody got a recipe for gooseberry and elderflower sorbet/ice cream? I remember making one years ago with elderflower cordial and loads of gooseberries (obviously!) It was fantastic and absolutely justified the existence of the ice cream maker - so often these gadgets malinger in a cupboard once the novelty has worn off. I am rubbish at remembering recipes and have hunted everywhere without success. Does this ring any bells with anybody?
