Pheasants and Rabbit

I have had a couple of pheasants and a rabbit in my freezer now for a year almost do you think they will still be ok to eat?

If the freezer temperature has been constant (ie no power cuts) then the food will be safe to eat. Sometimes you can lose some of the texture if the wrapping hasn't been so good, I would defrost it and make a pate or stew. Fran.

If you bought game pie it would have a mixture of all sorts in, so yes, go for it.
