Crikey Bonnie, I thought your thread title was a suggestion....wondered what poor Crocus had done to deserve baking, roasting, or simmering over a low heat...

Oh goodness me Bonnie, I'm not all good with cooking! I wonder if high temperature can be a problem, or the type of cheese perhaps? Is it a tried and tested recipe, or a knew recipe?

I got such a fright when I saw the heading of this thread! Actually thought I was to be cooked, baked or roasted like Sandybay said above! What a relief to only be asked a question, which I'm not quite sure off the answer!:D

Bonnie, I used to make quiche quite often. I wondered if you used skim or lowfat milk, they are more watery so that may have been a problem. Tell us what you did and maybe we can work out where it went wrong.

Bonnie, get out of the kitchen :D... I think maybe you went wrong using semi skimmed milk. It has a lot of water in it.

Bonnie, I'd love to pop over but I'm cooking dinner right now (not quiche tonight I'm afraid). I'll post a couple tomorrow.
