Hi,
Made some pesto last night and added a bit of lemon zest and red chilli to the basil, pinenuts garlic and olive oil.
Worked well with cooked fresh peas and asparagus over some potato gnocchi and a cheap but good Co-op Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile.
Anyone got any other pesto like variations or veggie pasta sauces ?
