removing stains

:mad:my nephew rang me today for some advice. he is not best pleased with his little one. they have bought a new cream leather suite and his little one has put red marker pen and blue biro over it. i told him he should have kept them locked away.
does anyone know how to get the marks off please?

I think that you can try cleaning pen marks with milk, bonnie. Also, there is probably a proprietory cleaner around eg Stain Devils. If the leather has a smooth shiny-ish surface then any of these should work OK. However, if it has a soft, suede type surface then it will need to be specially cleaned. The good thing about leather is that it withstands lots of punishment!
