I find I dream every night .sometimes I am crying in my sleep and I wake my O.H up cos he hears me .When he asks what it was about I often don't know sometimes I do and try to go back to sleep in the hope I can carry on with what it was if it was something nice .Do you dream a lot and what makes us dream .

Hi Dinger, I dream too. Usually they are all mixed up and over the place and often I don't remember them when I wake up, just a snatch here and there. The other night I woke up though as I had been dreaming of snakes on my pillow; I felt quite unsettled. Even though I knew they couldn't get inside the house I still sat up and shook the pillow. Sometimes I dream of my parents (both long gone) and they are nice dreams. I think our subconscious thoughts take over when we dream. Try to just have happy dreams xx

I remember my dreams a heck of a lot...I think it's mostly a reflection of what's going on in both our conscious and subconscious mind. dinger maybe your dreams are a way of venting emotion?

I used to be quite good at french when I was at school but through lack of use I'm very rusty these days. But I went through a spate not so long ago of dreaming in perfect french...proper tenses and all! So it's obviously still locked away somewhere....

I do dream a lot, but cannot always remember what it was about - sometimes it's just snippets of a dream. I wish I knew what make us dream, perhaps our subconscious mind carry on thinking or something. Many times I would dream about someone or something, and the very next day, before I actually realise what I'd dreamt, there the person of whatever would appear. It's then that I realise that I had a dream about this person of whatever the case may be. I'm sure this happens to you as well?

Sometimes it can be quite upsetting when things look so real and it sticks in the mind all the next day .
