Coeliacs and gluten free desserts

Ladies, I have a good friend who has coeliacs. I really want to make them a nice dessert with dinner tomorrow night. Anyone have any scrummy gluten free recipes? Thanks a bunch,

It sounds a bit odd but I have a recipe for a chickpea lemon cake, or a courgette cake. The chickpea or courgette make a gorgeous light batter and you wouldn't guess that the cakes aren't make from flour.
