A magazine I have been reading suggests that to tackle stress grab a pen and paper and write down what's stressing you out. This all:Dows your mind and body to see you're not afraid to experience the emotions therefore it doesn't mask them and stress pains soon vanish.

I've done that in the past and I must say it did help in a way. I think the fact that writing and reading what I felt in my head, made it easier to confront.

I too have done this in the past sheddie but I was told to also burn it afterwards and bury the ashes in the garden.

Sheddie, that's really interesting. I have been thinking about doing that for a while now.

Just picture what you want to say in your mind and then write away .I always describe the way I write as my pictures in words.

keepers you can write anything down. just get a pad and pen! If you feel like cursing then curse but just get it all out on paper, then I believe the correct way to do it is to burn it and watch the pieces of paper until they are completely burned out. X
