Has anyone yet suffered with hay-fever, this year mine has come early. Today I have not stopped sniffing and my eyes are very itchy that I cannot wear mascara. I hate hay-fever and find it so annoying.
Over the years I have tried to avoid taking any form of medication for it but I am wondering if this year I am going to have to give into it.
Any suggestion are most welcome..:(

I think I will have to try Anti Histimine, as the hay-fever really gets me down at times.

Eleanor2 it is perfectly normal that you do not get hay-fever if you move to another country during your hay-fever season because only certain groups of pollen will trigger your individual hay-fever. When I was in England I never suffered from it but on returning home it was back like it always used to be. I read in today's newspaper that doctors found out that some pollen arrive earlier than they used to due to climate changes. It caused them to update the National pollen calendar.

I suffered from hay-fever all my life until we moved to where we live know. I always had to take antihistamine tablets, that was the only way I could cope! Best wishes for those of you who suffers from hay-fever - it's most uncomfortable. A nuisance really! The boys at school usually mocked me about crying all the time and the more I explained I'm not crying, the more they mocked me. Eventuall I did start to cry, but they couldn't tell the difference, fortunately! HH, try the antihistamine. I find when we go to a certain seaside resort about 6 hours east of where we live, my hay-fever is back in full force because of different pollen, different winds blowing which brings on the pollen.
